For cross tables that free up application space upon Y-axis retraction, consider a configuration with Lxu as the Y-axis. This Y-axis can also be oriented vertically for pick-and-place applications. Additionally, multiple Y-axes can be mounted side by side. Precision positioning with +/-10µm repeatability.

Direct-Build LINAX^® Lxs/Lxs Cross Tables for Large Application Areas.

For cross tables designed to cover large application areas with high precision, two LINAX^® Lxs units can be directly assembled, without an intermediate plate to form a cross table. This setup enables coverage of application areas up to 1600 x 520mm, all within a slim 83mm height. Precision is guaranteed with positioning accuracy of +/-5µm repeatability.
