High Precision


LINAX® Lxc/Lxc Cross Tables Starting as Low as 50mm

Build highly precise and compact cross tables with two LINAX® Lxc (compact) linear motor axea. By directly assembling the X and Y axes on top of each other without an intermediate plate, we achieve a remarkably low height of just 50mm. Precision engineered for positioning with an accuracy of +/-5µm repeatability. Factory assembly with a detailed measurement report available as an option.

Long X-Axis Travel with LINAX® Lxs/Lxc Cross Tables

Experience extended X-axis travel with our cross tables featuring LINAX® Lxs technology. Directly mountable without an intermediate plate, boasting a low total height of only 63mm. LINAX® Lxs/Lxu, Freeing Space with Retractable Y-Axis

For cross tables that free up application space upon Y-axis retraction, consider a configuration with Lxu as the Y-axis. This Y-axis can also be oriented vertically for pick-and-place applications. Additionally, multiple Y-axes can be mounted side by side. Precision positioning with +/-10µm repeatability.

Precision on a Larger Scale


Direct-Build LINAX® Lxs/Lxs Cross Tables for Large Application Areas.

For cross tables designed to cover large application areas with high precision, two LINAX® Lxs units can be directly assembled, without an intermediate plate to form a cross table. This setup enables coverage of application areas up to 1600 x 520mm, all within a slim 83mm height. Precision is guaranteed with positioning accuracy of +/-5µm repeatability. Choose optional factory assembly to include a comprehensive measurement report.
